What this page checks
That the application is up and its database responds. It reports a summary deliberately: detailed readiness diagnostics belong in the operator's tooling, not on a public page in front of a payments system.
What it cannot tell you
Whether a payment provider is having an outage. If Stripe, PayPal, Square or a blockchain is struggling, this page can still say OK while that route fails — check the provider's own status page, and remember a payment's real state is the one on your payments, not the browser you were redirected back to.
If a payment looks stuck
Wait for the provider's webhook rather than retrying: Fox Pay settles on the signed event, so a payment that has been taken will catch up on its own, usually within a minute. Paying twice because a page looked wrong is the one thing worth avoiding.
